Profile suspended or disabled

Google suspended your Business Profile? You don’t pay until it’s back.

A suspended profile means you vanish from Google Maps and Search — and the calls stop. We build a proper reinstatement appeal with the right evidence. If your profile comes back, you pay. If it doesn’t, you owe nothing.

Get my profile reinstated
Pay-on-success. No upfront cost. We never ask for your password.

How the pricing works

$300–$500 if your profile is restored
$0 if it isn’t restored

No retainer, no upfront fee. We only get paid when you get your profile back. The exact fee depends on the suspension reason and the work involved — we’ll confirm it in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.

How it works

  1. You send us two things. Your business name and the suspension notice Google sent you (a screenshot or forwarded email is perfect).
  2. We diagnose and build the appeal. We find the likely reason for the suspension, fix what we can, and assemble the appeal with the evidence Google actually wants — licenses, photos, address proof, whatever fits your case.
  3. We submit it — safely. Either you add us as a manager on your profile so we can file it, or we hand you the finished appeal plus a short walkthrough and you submit it yourself. Your choice.
  4. Restored? You pay. Not restored? You don’t. If Google brings your profile back, we send a simple invoice. If they don’t, you owe nothing.

We will never ask for your Google password

This is a hard rule. No legitimate reinstatement service needs your Google login, and we’ll never ask for it. There are exactly two safe ways we work with you:

1. Manager access. You add us as a manager on your Business Profile from your own account. You stay the owner, and you can remove us with one click any time.

2. Do-it-yourself. Prefer to keep everyone out? We hand you the finished appeal and a short step-by-step walkthrough, and you submit it yourself.

Start your reinstatement

Tell us about your suspended profile. We’ll review it and reply with next steps and your confirmed fee — before any work or payment.

No payment now. We confirm the fee in writing first, and you only pay if your profile is restored. We never ask for your Google password.

Questions

How long does reinstatement take?
It varies. Some appeals are decided in a few days; others take a couple of weeks depending on Google’s review and the suspension reason. We’ll tell you what to expect for your case and keep you posted.
Can you guarantee my profile comes back?
No one can guarantee it — the final decision is Google’s. What we guarantee is that you don’t pay unless it works. If we can’t get it restored, you owe nothing.
Do you need my Google password?
Never. You either add us as a manager from your own account, or we hand you the finished appeal to submit yourself. Anyone asking for your password should be a red flag.
Why was my profile suspended?
Common reasons include keyword-stuffed business names, address or service-area issues, recent big edits, or being flagged as a duplicate. Part of our job is finding the real cause and addressing it in the appeal — a generic resubmission usually fails.
What happens once it’s back?
If you’d like to stay visible and avoid sliding down the map again, our $25/mo Get Found plan keeps your profile healthy and active. It’s optional — no pressure. See the Get Found plan →
